All conference proceedings will occur between March 1 and March 3. The panels will take place on the third floor of the Shalala Student Center, University of Miami, Coral Gables, FL. See the program page for exact locations. 



A variety of hotels are available within a short distance of the campus. 


Panelists will be staying at the Hotel Sonesta, Coconut Grove. Shuttle service will be provided between the Sonesta and the Conference.

The Miami International Airport is conveniently located to Coral Gables. A Taxi Ride from the airport to the area should not cost more than $30.




There are several options for getting around Coral Gables and the wider Miami area. A shuttle bus will run between the Sonesta Hotel and the campus, where the conference proceedings will take place. The Miami Metrorail runs along US1 and will transport you between downtown Miami and Coral Gables.
